Software Developer and Scrum Master

- Engage in the design and development of scalable software solutions. - Produce clean, functional code for both front-end and back-end applications. - Conduct unit testing and address coding errors or issues. - Construct the front-end of applications ensuring appealing visual design. - Develop efficient APIs. - Formulate use cases and test software for responsiveness and performance. - Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance software as necessary. - Implement security and data protection configurations. - Develop features and applications that are mobile-responsive. - Document technical specifications effectively. - Lead the daily operations of Agile project teams. - Define, document, and monitor the progression of Epics, Stories, Tasks, and Bugs. - Organize Agile meetings, including daily scrums, retrospectives, and planning sessions. - Shield the team from over-committing and scope creep during sprint planning while assisting in task estimation and breakdown. - Facilitate feedback collection and action items generation during sprint retrospective meetings. - Manage the scrum board, ensuring task updates and tool functionality. - Hold individual meetings with team members and stakeholders as required, helping to resolve disagreements regarding processes and work styles. - Advise team members on effective strategies for collaboration within a scrum team. - Support Product Owners in gathering reporting metrics to assess project status. - Assist the scrum team by removing external blockers and managing internal obstacles through process enhancements. - Supervise a team of up to 9 individuals.
