Must:
- A TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is mandatory. - A high school diploma or equivalent educational background. - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a security-related position. - Familiarity with industrial security practices, particularly in the protection of facilities, materials, and sensitive information. - Basic knowledge of classification management procedures and federal security regulations. - Experience with personnel security processes such as clearance prescreening, verification, upgrades/downgrades, and reinvestigations. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and government security contacts. - Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in both routine and non-routine tasks.

- I will ensure that the security team adheres to, and actively enforces, established security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - I will coordinate with government site security contacts on all matters concerning classified information. - I will safeguard and manage classified equipment and information that have been developed by or entrusted to our organization. - I will maintain a comprehensive understanding of NRO security policies, procedures, and oversight requirements. - I will oversee the appropriate classification, access, handling, storage, and destruction of classified and sensitive materials. - I will develop, implement, and analyze classification management programs in compliance with federal laws, regulations, and directives. - I will support internal and external audits and inspections related to information security and classification management.

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Security Analyst to become part of our team. The Security Analyst will play a crucial role in protecting classified information and ensuring strict compliance with set security procedures and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will assist in enforcing security SOPs, collaborate with government site security personnel, and supervise the protection and management of sensitive and classified materials. Preferred qualifications include having an active or previously held U.S. government security clearance (with TS/SCI being preferred), a working knowledge of federal security directives (e.g., ICDs, NISPOM, DoD Manuals), and experience in managing special access programs (SAP) and restricted access environments. We value individuals who have prior involvement in threat mitigation or asset protection planning at an organizational level, as well as the ability to effectively brief and debrief personnel on access responsibilities and security procedures. Lastly, proficiency in using security clearance management systems and tools, along with strong analytical skills to address complex problems and implement effective security solutions, are also preferred. The anticipated pay range for this position is between $39,000.00 and $70,500.00. This pay range serves as a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary, with additional factors considered in extending an offer.
