ServiceNow Technical Lead

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join one of our high-performing teams that supports the enterprise open systems platform of the Social Security Administration (SSA), impacting at least 65 million American lives each month. In this role, you will provide senior expertise to clients and other ServiceNow developers, guide and mentor junior team members, and develop solutions across the full suite of ServiceNow offerings. Daily responsibilities include determining and implementing solutions for new features and tools integrations, analyzing business information, leading evaluation of reference designs, maintaining the ServiceNow platform, and collaborating closely with clients.
