Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of experience, or 16 years of experience in lieu of a degree, is required.
- 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer – developing ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
- 5+ years of experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications or data sources.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations.
- 3+ years of experience leading development teams, with a thorough understanding of system architecture and design principles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with the US Federal Government.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Responsibilities
- I will work with customers to define strategies for utilizing ServiceNow services and capabilities.
- I will develop an agile-based workplan and schedule for planning and executing development activities.
- I will lead a team of developers to provide work products and solutions to our customers.
- I will ensure that our work products meet customer requirements and expectations.
