Senior RF Systems Engineer

As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will be entrusted with a variety of tasks, including: - Conducting analysis on systems to document all functionalities and define integration, testing, and quality assurance interfaces. - Collaborating with the product team to establish product requirements and create systems that meet customer expectations. - Crafting an organized engineering roadmap for all product-related tasks and activities. - Coordinating with other engineering leaders to ensure synchrony, cooperation, and integration throughout the product development process. - Providing solutions based on system requirements and working with the team to address technical challenges and necessary updates. - Mentoring junior team members and guiding them through the design process and update procedures. - Serving as a "generalist" on a team responsible for the development and integration of current and future system builds. - Establishing system baselines and versioning, conducting studies on upgrades and system changes, initiating change orders to document necessary modifications, and offering support for testing and lifecycle activities essential for system sustainability.
