Senior Enterprise IT Support Officer - Installer

I will be responsible for supporting all facets of network installations, which includes the physical placement of conduit, CAT5 and fiber optic cable, wall jacks, hardware, racks, and communications equipment. I will also install conveyances, pull and terminate cable, determine and implement required pinouts, and configure equipment such as power supplies and patch panels. Additionally, I will work closely with IT and related teams in the deployment, stabilization, and ongoing operation of systems and support projects involving cabling and implementation in accordance with design documents. I will attend customer meetings, contribute to the improvement of team excellence by creating Knowledge Articles and SOPs, provide input on team achievements, and offer weekly status reports as needed. I may need to travel locally between client buildings and work independently with guidance in complex situations. My role also involves the installation, configuration, repair, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment like PCs, data communication equipment, and telephone systems. I will perform telephone switch programming and system diagnostics, troubleshoot outages, and execute routine telephone moves, changes, installations, and repairs, all while leveraging my strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
