Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this role, with the ability to obtain security clearance as required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (additional work experience will be considered instead of a degree).
- At least 12 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 8 years in Salesforce solution architecture and delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing Salesforce Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud solutions.
- Practical experience in Salesforce development and configuration, including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, Agentforce automations, and Data Cloud integrations.
- Experience in designing contact center solutions, including AWS Connect, Service Cloud Voice, and omni-channel routing.
- Familiarity with the implementation of generative and agentic AI solutions within Salesforce and AWS-integrated environments.
Responsibilities
- I lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions spanning Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and contact center settings, seamlessly integrating with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice.
- I build and maintain integration frameworks that connect Salesforce with AWS services (such as S3, Redshift, Lambda, SQL databases) and EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner) using FHIR and HL7 standards.
- I ensure that solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, security, performance, and compliance.
- Serving as a Salesforce subject matter expert, I guide developers on development and configuration processes, including Apex triggers/classes, Lightning Components, Flows, Agentforce automations, and Data Cloud integrations.
- I collaborate closely with AWS and DevOps teams to implement event-driven and API-based integrations.
- I evaluate upcoming Salesforce capabilities, including generative and agentic AI, and recommend strategies for their adoption.
- I partner with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to design Salesforce-enabled workflows that improve patient and provider experiences.
- I work in conjunction with product owners, business analysts, and UX designers to transform business objectives into actionable Salesforce solutions.
- I facilitate design workshops, technical reviews, and alignment sessions across various cross-functional teams.
- I maintain architecture artifacts, solution diagrams, and integration documentation.
- I ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, enterprise security policies, and standards for healthcare data privacy.
