Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree in other disciplines)
- 4-6 years of experience working in Salesforce development
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Mastery of declarative development within Salesforce, including Flows
- Current Platform Developer I certification
- Experience working with Sales Cloud
- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them into Salesforce requirements
- Ability to research solutions to development issues when the answer is not clear
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom applications and features within Salesforce applications
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce
- Work directly with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into development actions
- Design and build Salesforce applications utilizing declarative development tools and automation
- Create and contribute to technical documentation of the system
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during development and day-to-day use
- Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing as needed
Description
We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications within the Navy Marine Corps IT Business Area and Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) contract at Leidos. This position will be remote/telework and aims to support a U.S. Navy program along with other business opportunities and corporate initiatives. In addition to the basic qualifications, the following preferred qualifications would be advantageous: - Active Secret clearance - Experience writing Apex code - Current Salesforce Administrator certification - Current Platform App Builder certification - Experience working in a Government Cloud environment - Prior experience supporting Department of Defense programs Please note that the pay range for this job level is $85,150.00 - $153,925.00. This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
