Requirements

Must:
We are open to candidates of all experience levels, with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience and knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support. Candidates should have experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and internet communications. While a Bachelor's degree is not required, it may count toward experience requirements and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A key requirement for this position is an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

As a SIGDEV Analyst, I will conduct in-depth research and analysis of collection and collateral data. I will develop targets of interest and formulate analytic strategies. My role will entail utilizing knowledge of various technologies and topics to identify analytic vectors. I will exploit foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information. Additionally, I will use software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development, develop techniques and tools for collecting and presenting information, perform research and analyze target communications within the global network, and provide guidance to contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development. I will also optimize and develop accesses by providing SIGDEV support.
