Radar / Electronic Warfare Software Section Team Lead

- I require a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience. - You should have demonstrated experience working with a team of talented technical employees to develop and integrate radar/electronic warfare sensor technology. - I seek a strong technical background in enabling technologies for RF and EW sensors, including real-time software, high-speed networking and/or storage technology, and radar signal processing algorithms. - A solid knowledge of C++ and object-oriented design principles is essential. - Familiarity with MATLAB, CUDA, and/or VHDL is a plus. - You should possess a strong software engineering background with experience in defining and enforcing engineering best practices, including configuration management, coding standards, code reviews, testability, and design for reusability. - I need someone capable of identifying business development opportunities and contributing to proposal activities. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical. - You should have experience in recruitment and interviewing technical staff. - You must be a U.S. citizen and possess the ability to maintain a Top-Secret clearance. - I expect candidates to be residents of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama area.
