Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in RF testing.
- Practical experience with RF laboratory equipment, including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power sensors.
- Familiarity with key RF components in a communication subsystem, such as power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, transceivers, waveguides, diplexers, antennas, and filters.
- A foundational understanding of RF theory, such as propagation, schematics, and link budget analysis.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in MATLAB (preferably object-oriented) or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create detailed technical reports and presentations.
- An active SECRET security clearance and the capability to maintain it.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to create test plans, procedures, and comprehensive technical reports.
- Perform lab, field, and flight testing, which includes setting up tests, collecting data, and conducting post-test analysis.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system performance using RF testing equipment, like spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
