Requirements
Must:
- I require a U.S. Citizen with a TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph certification.
- A Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience is necessary; additional years of experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
- You should have at least 5 years of experience supporting service transitions in mission-critical systems.
- Proven expertise in one or more of the following technical areas: systems engineering and integration, project management, configuration management, change management, NSIS-based integration, and ITIL framework.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as solid interpersonal abilities, are a must.
- Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating effectively within a team.
- Willingness to provide out-of-hours support as required.
- Experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Management Systems is essential.
- Familiarity with Service Level Management, ITIL, Process Framework, ITSM, Six Sigma, and continuous service improvement initiatives is important.
- Ability to design, document, and review various types of documentation, including requirements documents, feature documents, user stories, test plans, and test procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project) is necessary.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all QA activities, including the creation of test plans, execution matrices, risk analysis, and status reporting, is required.
- Experience in launch operations and systems engineering and integration is preferred.
- Mission-specific technical knowledge is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- I will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical quality assurance and control systems and activities.
- Managing the Quality Assurance (QA) efforts in alignment with enterprise-level guidelines and specific facility and program requirements is critical.
- Define and implement standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of procedures and activities, which may include ISO standards and quality audits/reviews.
- Assist product support areas in gathering and analyzing data.
- Maintain and enhance the quality management system and perform quality engineering functions to uphold excellence.
- Drive proactive process leadership and maintain consistency in quality engineering task performance across programs.
- Utilize knowledge of information technology, systems engineering, project development, and service delivery for effective engagement and solution provision.
- Establish proactive and predictive metrics for performance measurement.
- Ensure that performance measures meet acceptable standards.
- Oversee the development of operating criteria to ensure the quality program’s implementation aligns with project, process, and contract requirements.
- Confirm compliance of project and process controls, CDRL products, services, and projects with requirements, standards, corporate goals, and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with site leadership and mission operations as necessary and provide project management support as needed.
- Coordinate with other maintenance, operations, and engineering contracts as necessary.
- Document all work performed through a ticketing system to ensure accountability.
- Guarantee the completion and accuracy of maintenance and operations documentation.
