- Modern Technical Proficiency: You should have extensive experience, especially in the last 5+ years showcasing hands-on leadership in contemporary architectures.
- Cloud Solutions: Proven ability in architecting solutions on AWS/Azure (Serverless, Containers/Kubernetes, Microservices).
- Data & AI: Experience with integrating Data Fabrics, AI/ML pipelines, or automated GEOINT processing.
- Proposal & Capture Leadership: A strong record of leading technical responses for federal acquisitions. You must effectively deconstruct an RFP L&M (Sections L and M) to architect a compliant, winning technical solution.
- Experience with Large Development Programs: Demonstrated leadership in technical planning, system design, and full life cycle systems engineering (requirements analysis, functional analysis, integration, verification, and validation).
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 17 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Security Clearance: An active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.

Responsibilities
- Technical Strategy & Creativity: Lead and architect innovative, next-gen system solutions. You will oversee technical planning, trade studies, and evaluations of alternatives, weighing cost, risk, and supportability for the complete system life cycle.
- Proposal & Business Development Direction: Act as the technical leader for high-priority proposals, including RFPs and RFIs, crafting strategies and solutions that resonate with customer needs and set Leidos apart.
- Program Execution & Recovery: Serve as the technical first responder to identify and resolve complex issues in challenged programs, providing expert-level diagnostics, recovery planning, and leadership to get teams back on track.
- Next-Generation Solution Architecture: Design comprehensive solutions that incorporate emerging technologies (Generative AI, Computer Vision, Edge Compute) into mission-critical workflows.
- Customer Engagement & Motivation: Collaborate directly with senior government clients, program managers, and stakeholders to understand their hurdles, build trust, and inspire confidence. You will translate their mission needs into actionable technical requirements and plans.
- Team Leadership & Guidance: Lead and mentor dynamic, cross-disciplinary teams in often fluid environments, cultivating a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence, while coaching technical staff to enhance their performance.
