- I require a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience may substitute for education. - I seek strong problem-solving and organizational skills and the ability to work in a professional environment. - I require strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - A TS/SCI clearance is essential.

Responsibilities

- I will communicate and interface with customers and the Leidos Site Lead on issues and daily tasking. - I will provide Tier 1 and 2 support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely. - I will work with Active Directory and Exchange to create, modify, and terminate accounts. - I will troubleshoot workstations, printers, and other peripheral devices. - I will be responsible for imaging, installing, and configuring workstations. - I will troubleshoot Windows 10 and above, as well as the Microsoft Office suite. - I will work with automated Help Desk tools such as Microsoft System Center and ServiceNow. - I will troubleshoot the Citrix desktop virtualization environment and thin client.

Description

I value experience with DHS or other government contracts and experience working with Secureview. I appreciate an understanding of Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Domain Name System (DNS). It is important that I have someone who is comfortable discussing technical information with users and other support personnel along with the ability to quickly learn new systems and IT concepts. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential, and I need someone who can work autonomously as well as be an integral member of a team. While this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days from the original posting date on November 14, 2024, the expected pay range for this position is between $87,100.00 and $157,450.00. Please note that this range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation; various factors influence the final offer.
