Lead Enterprise Data Architect

As an Enterprise Data Architect, I will be responsible for: - Leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade data architectures that are aligned with business strategies and a cloud-first approach. - Creating and deploying data fabric/data mesh solutions that promote decentralized data ownership and governance across the organization. - Steering the transition to innovative data platforms including AWS, Snowflake, and Salesforce Data Cloud. - Developing solutions for ingesting, processing, and analyzing EHR data while ensuring compliance with HL7 and FHIR standards. - Collaborating with healthcare teams to incorporate clinical data into analytics platforms. - Building scalable data pipelines to efficiently ingest, process, and transform both structured and unstructured data. - Creating systems that extract text from unstructured data such as PDFs and images and load it into structured data products. - Establishing and maintaining integration frameworks connecting Salesforce with AWS services and EHR platforms using FHIR/HL7 standards. - Facilitating the migration of legacy systems to cloud platforms to guarantee high availability, security, and performance. - Ensuring that solutions meet organizational standards for scalability, security, performance, and compliance, while maintaining architecture artifacts and documents. - Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and mentoring junior architects and engineers in data architecture practices.
