Jr. Software Developer

I am part of the Leidos Multi-Domain Solutions Division, seeking to support the MACO development project, a real-time operational system designed for mission-critical space applications. My work involves software design, development, integration, and testing within an existing software process. I implement software changes to enhance capabilities and resolve issues. My environment is based on agile methodologies, making adaptability in a fast-paced setting essential. Familiarity with continuous integration models, unit test development, and automated regression testing approaches is highly desirable. Additionally, I regularly interact with project managers, systems engineers, and customers, making strong communication skills a necessity. Preferred qualifications include experience in database administration, PostgreSQL (or equivalent), ActiveMQ, HTTPD and website maintenance, agile development, and software development for data science applications. While subject to change based on business needs, we anticipate that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date no earlier than 3 days after the posting date. The pay range for this role is $55,250.00 - $99,875.00, which serves as a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation.
