Requirements
Must:
- I possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related discipline, or I have equivalent experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- I have 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
- I am able to work well within a small team environment.
- I have strong communication skills.
- I am a US Citizen.
Responsibilities
- I develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
- I analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
- I design or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
- I analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
- I research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for various applications.
- I set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements.
- I design embedded systems software.
- I apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
- I possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
- I plan and lead major technology assignments and evaluate performance results, recommending major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
- I function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments and may supervise others.
Description

Preferred qualifications include experience with software product development, Agile methodology, software development tools such as JIRA and Confluence, source control tools like GIT, and a DOD Secret Clearance.
The pay range for this position is $101,400.00 - $183,300.00, which serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, and market alignment are considered when extending an offer.
