Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience.
- Ability to work well within a small team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- US Citizenship.
Responsibilities
- I will develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
- I will analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
- I will design or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
- I will analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
- I will research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for various applications including medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, scientific, and general computing.
- I will set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements.
- I will design embedded systems software.
- I will provide technical and management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
- I will establish goals and plans that meet project objectives.
- I will direct and control activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
- I will engage in client negotiations and interface with senior management.
- My decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
- I may supervise others.
Description

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with software product development.
- Agile experience.
- Proficiency in software development tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiarity with source control tools like GIT.
- A DOD Secret Clearance is required.
Pay Range:
Pay Range: $122,200.00 - $220,900.00. This pay range is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors will be considered in extending an offer, including but not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, market alignment, and applicable bargaining agreements.
While the job requisition may be subject to change based on business needs, we reasonably anticipate that it will remain open for at least 3 days, with an anticipated close date no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date.
