Requirements
Must:
- I require a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business).
- You should have at least 5 years of experience in development and systems administration.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with SharePoint 2016/2019 development on-premises is necessary.
- I need someone with at least 5 years of expertise in Atlassian/JIRA development and administration, including the installation and configuration of custom applications.
- Proficiency in the implementation of Atlassian Plugins is essential.
- You should have experience with the ServiceNow platform and working in cloud environments.
- I expect you to have experience in developing software solutions for teams using Atlassian tools and Confluence.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are crucial.
- You should be proficient in creating and managing custom JQL filters, dashboards, and Confluence pages.
- I need someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
- You must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Public Trust and DoD Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities
- You will manage and maintain the JIRA platform and related solutions.
- Daily operational support activities and strategic planning initiatives involving JIRA and Confluence will be your focus.
- Supporting requirements gathering and implementing new capabilities on JIRA and Confluence will be a key part of your job.
- You will administer JIRA and Confluence, integrating various services both internal and external to our enterprise.
- It's important to ensure compatibility with existing tools and services.
- You will design and sustain custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens, field configurations, automations, user permissions, and project roles in JIRA and Confluence.
- Auditing, improving, and automating processes and workflows as needed will be part of your role.
- Training staff on how to effectively use JIRA and Confluence will also be part of your responsibilities.
- You will troubleshoot, identify, and resolve JIRA issues reported by program users.
- Coordination with customers and the cloud hosting team will be required to offer suggestions and solutions for system configuration.
- I expect you to provide ad-hoc program support for application, system, and project-level configurations as needed.
- You will be responsible for managing user access provisioning and ensuring proper restrictions are in place.
