Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience. We value prior leadership roles, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should be skilled in developing and maintaining technical documentation, analyses, and reports. Experience in preparing and presenting briefings to senior management and stakeholders is essential. A solid understanding of defense-in-depth principles, network hardware and software security architecture, network topology, IT device integrity, and common security elements is necessary. An active Top Secret government security clearance is required, with the ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Insider Threat Program (ITP) network infrastructure. Your tasks will include performing routine maintenance activities, guiding upgrades, ensuring system capacity and availability management, and overseeing the High Speed Guard Cross Domain solution for data transfer across multiple classification domains. You will also support documentation to accurately capture the configuration baseline and design system recapitalization plans to accommodate capacity growth and changes as directed by our customers. Additionally, you will serve as the subject matter expert for all ITP network infrastructure.
