Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship with an active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of related experience
- Strong grasp of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Experience interpreting and applying security regulations such as NIST SP 800.53 Rev 5 and DCSA NISPOM
- DoDM 8570.01 IAT Level II or DoD 8140 Cybersecurity Intermediate Certificate (Security+) is a must
- Highly organized and self-driven individual with exceptional documentation skills
- Proficient in effective communication with customers and team members across various levels
- Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10%
- Must reside in the Colorado Springs, CO area
- Significant practical experience with security implementations across hardware, software, and network components
- Experience with the execution of security measures
- Proficient in technical writing
- Familiar with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) across various Operating Systems (Windows, Linux)
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with both regulatory and non-regulatory requirements
- Manage and enforce information security policies, while conducting security and risk assessments using established frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF, Common Criteria)
- Safeguard information and maintain security controls for TF2200 systems to minimize risk
- Execute continuous monitoring tasks related to Information Assurance (IA), including auditing and security patching
- Engage in the Engineering Change Process (ECP) to manage system baseline alterations
- Assist with system accreditation inspections and necessary activities involving stakeholders
- Troubleshoot IT issues within TF2200 systems as needed
- Regularly update the security posture of TF2200 systems through cybersecurity enhancements
- Contribute to the Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization process and maintain relevant artifacts for the IS Body of Evidence (BoE)
- Perform in-office IT tasks as required and provide assistance to team members as issues arise
