Information Security Systems Analyst - Baltimore

In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our organization's computer systems and networks from cyber threats. You will monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents, as well as implement security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting users with access to protected resources, managing user accounts, and performing password resets. You will provide support for applications and systems managed by our organization, ensuring users can perform their duties effectively. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain information security standards, guidelines, and procedures to bolster our security posture, write reports on security incidents and access issues, and implement concepts of least privilege to provide appropriate access to resources. Additionally, monitoring and analyzing security events to identify potential threats, collaborating with IT teams to ensure secure configurations, and staying informed about the latest security trends will be key aspects of your role.
