Requirements
Must:
- I have a BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience.
- I possess a DoD 8140 IAT II Certification (GFACT or CEH or Cloud+ or CySA+ or PenTest+ or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC).
- I have an active Top Secret clearance and am able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance.
- I have expert knowledge of and the ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
Responsibilities
- I plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.
- I ensure appropriate security controls are in place to safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure.
- I respond to computer security breaches and viruses.
- I plan and lead major technology assignments.
- I function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
- I may supervise others.

We are seeking a highly qualified Information Assurance/Security Specialist to support the U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) critical mission operations at Offutt, Nebraska. USSTRATCOM’s mission is to deter strategic attack through a safe, secure, effective, and credible global combat capability.
Please note: The anticipated pay range for this position is $104,650.00 - $189,175.00, which serves as a general guideline and is subject to various factors including responsibilities, education, experience, and internal equity.
