Requirements
Must:
- I have a Bachelor’s Degree focusing on computer science, information systems, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience.
- I possess 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Systems Engineer.
- I hold a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and/or ServiceNow Certified System Engineer certification.
- I have experience implementing ServiceNow system solutions in a Linux environment.
- I demonstrate proven ability and knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with other systems.
- I possess hands-on experience with ServiceNow HTML, CSS, Angular JS, Jelly scripts, and Restful API web services.
- I am skilled in utilizing best practice engineering methods and have demonstrated knowledge of incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, as well as request fulfillment.
- I have JavaScript, HTML, or CSS experience.
Responsibilities
- I am responsible for ServiceNow system maintenance, workflow development, bug fixes, enhancements, upgrades, and assisting with the technical implementation of the tool.
- I monitor systems stability to prevent service degradation or interruption and conduct risk assessments to identify potential gaps.
- I assist with the configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules with expertise in Agile Development, as well as Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management.
- I develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.
- I work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow and configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access control.
- I modify and/or customize core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Requests, and Service Catalog while applying best practices.
- I provide support to end users and stakeholders on SPM functionalities and best practices.
- I work with the CSI Lead to evaluate the impacts of recommended initiatives and projects and drive the delivery of advanced ITSM processes and tooling solutions that meet customer use cases.
- I maintain customer relationships in support of the lifecycle replacement of IT hardware for the entire IT Enterprise.
- Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of my job.
- I perform other related duties as assigned.

I am seeking an ITSM Platform Developer to join our team at the Leidos Digital Modernization sector, working with our USCENTCOM CITS program at MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida. The pay range for this position is $126,100.00 - $227,950.00, which serves as a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
