IT Service Delivery Consultant, Mid

- I will be responsible for ensuring that our internal processes related to Information Technology (IT) Service Management and Delivery are applied and used across the enterprise to ensure timely resolution of incidents and to drive high availability. - I will leverage processes, utilizing ITIL best practices, to ensure that our IT organization designs, deploys, and sustains high-quality, highly available solutions that align with our business and IT strategic objectives. - I will provide Incident, Problem, Change, and Availability Management. - I will ensure that our IT has the appropriate level of process definition, rigor, and reporting to deliver the highest level of availability, quality, value, flexibility, and visibility to the organization. - I will work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables. - I will be responsible for entire projects or processes within a technical area, typically coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level technical staff. - I will develop technical solutions that require collaboration with internal experts, conducting deep analyses, and understanding the impact on end products and solutions. - I will communicate with internal and client project team members and work to influence team members regarding solution design, processes, and approaches.
