Description
At Leidos, we are continuously looking for Cyber Security Watch Officers (CSWO) interested in joining the GSM-O effort at the Pentagon. We hire for these roles on an ongoing basis, and our recruiting team will contact applicants as positions become available. We support 24/7 operations; shift assignments are usually static but dependent on preference and contract requirements, so we ask our team members to remain flexible to potential shift modifications. All new hires will spend a brief ramp-up period on weekday day shift to start.
As a part of our commitment to fostering a collaborative culture, we believe in doing what's right and treating our people right. Our corporate values reflect that, and we recognize that diversity and inclusion create teams that drive innovation. We also offer competitive salaries, comprehensive healthcare coverage, wellness programs, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities for professional development.
Our CSWOs are engaged in the triage of events, cyber incident handling, network analysis, threat detection, trend analysis, vulnerability information dissemination, and the DoD Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) methodology. We look forward to welcoming candidates who share our mission to make the world safer, healthier, and more efficient through technology, engineering, and science.
