Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- One or more of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent education.
- The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) certification.
- DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) certification.
- At least five (5) years of experience in:
- Technical Architecture Framework for Information Management (TAFIM).
- Digital Mission Engineering Environment or Model-Based Systems Engineering.
- Systems modeling language.
- Developing architecture artifacts per industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Work as a contributing member of the NEC team, supporting the modification, upgrade, evolution, and modernization of existing Nuclear C3 systems.
- Develop and/or maintain architecture products, such as system and operational views describing the Nuclear C3 system-of-systems.
- Produce and publish baseline and incremental NC3 system-of-systems architecture products.
- Advise the government with recommendations to enhance the NC3 system-of-systems and associated NC3 capabilities.
- Collaborate with other architects and NC3 Enterprise engineering subject matter experts to support data-driven enterprise decision making.
- Incorporate architecture artifacts into presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) designed to support senior leader decision making.

The SE&I Division serves as the hub for systems engineering and enterprise architecture and acts as the technical authority for the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications within the Department of Defense. Our customer is led by the Commander of the U.S. Strategic Command, applying subject matter expertise and best practices to translate mission and operational requirements into effective solutions.
