Requirements

Must:
- Current Top Secret clearance with immediate SCI read-in eligibility. - Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years' OR Associate's Degree and 7+ years' OR High School Diploma and 9+ years' relevant experience. - One or more of the following: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or educational equivalent. - The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) certification. - DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) certification. - At least five (5) years of experience in: - Technical Architecture Framework for Information Management (TAFIM) compliance. - Digital Mission Engineering Environment. - Systems modeling language. - Developing architecture artifacts per industry standards. - Aligning Enterprise Architecture activities. - Prior work with DoDAF AV, OV, and SV artifacts. - Knowledge of activity, data, and process modeling techniques, and hands-on background with Enterprise Architecture (EA) development modeling tools, such as Cameo and SparxEA.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate as a contributing member of the technical design team within the NC3 SE&I Division to describe and integrate planning for the modification, upgrade, evolution, and modernization of existing Nuclear C3 systems, focusing on System-of-System methodologies and detailed Enterprise Architecture. - Work with senior engineers to develop recommendations regarding current Nuclear C3 Systems and coordinate the collection and assessment of existing research, including proven solutions and emerging concepts for the Nuclear C3 Architecture. - Produce and publish baseline and incremental NC3 system of systems architecture products to support the development and fielding of advanced systems, while updating information hosted in digital engineering repositories. - Develop, update, and maintain DoDAF artifacts describing the NC3 Enterprise, including All View (AV), Operational View (OV), and System View (SV) artifacts as needed. - Collaborate with other architects who have NC3 enterprise subject matter expertise to support data-driven enterprise decisions.
