Enterprise Application Systems Engineer

- I require a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering (such as Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems, etc.) or Computer Science, alongside a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. I may consider additional years of experience in place of a degree. - You should possess the ability to obtain a public trust clearance. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with technical troubleshooting abilities, are essential. - I appreciate clarity and precision in both verbal and written communication. - You must have proven experience in developing and delivering technical solutions for large-scale technology platforms and offerings. - Familiarity with software lifecycle development methodologies is necessary. - I expect experience in developing and managing solutions under cost and schedule constraints. - A comprehensive understanding of security practices, networking protocols, firewalls, and PCI compliance is important. - Experience with software testing and testing architecture, and a full understanding of software testing cycles, requirements management, and test documentation are required. - Expertise in software development life cycle models, including agile and DevOps programming methodologies, is desired. - You should have experience acquiring a deep understanding of large, complex software systems to identify and reproduce defects, assess risks, and comprehend diverse customer deployments. - Collaboration experience with other enterprise technologists, both internal and external, to resolve complex technical issues is crucial. - Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills that facilitate proactive collaboration within a virtual team are essential. - The ability to handle multiple tasks and self-assign work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is necessary. - Travel may be required.
