Requirements

Must:
- We require 12–15+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or data science. - We require at least 5–7 years of specialized experience in automation, DevSecOps, or hands-on-keyboard operations within the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense. - We require 3+ years of technical mentorship or team leadership experience, with the ability to guide senior technologists. - We require advanced expertise in Ansible, SaltStack, and GitLab CI/CD for mission-critical automation pipelines. - We require deep experience engineering SOAR workflows in Splunk Phantom or Cortex XSOAR to automate adversary disruption. - We require familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT for scaling network defense. - We require professional-level scripting capability in Python, Go, and PowerShell. - We require the ability to create custom API integrations for unified mission systems such as TACMS or Maven Smart System. - We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - We prefer a masters degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as AI, Machine Learning, or Computational Engineering. - We prefer certifications such as CKA, AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional, or HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate. - We prefer documented military equivalency such as CMF Work Role Certification or technical leadership experience in OCO/DCO operations. - We require an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.

Responsibilities

- We will rely on you to convert manual workflows into automated mission sets through rapid prototyping and mission automation. - We will expect you to act as a technical closer, helping refine queries and build mission-critical pipelines that support high-speed operations. - We will have you guide and mentor a senior technologist to strengthen automation delivery and technical execution. - We will count on you to design and implement automation tooling that improves mission readiness and operational efficiency. - We will have you develop and close complex playbooks within SOAR platforms to streamline adversary disruption activities. - We will expect you to scale network defense capabilities by applying agentic AI frameworks to practical mission use cases. - We will have you build and maintain scripting solutions that accelerate automation development and operational integration. - We will count on you to engineer custom API connections that unify mission systems and improve orchestration across tools. - We will expect you to work at a fast pace and help the command operate with wire-speed responsiveness.
