Requirements
Must:
- TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
- Bachelors or Masters degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in supporting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) in high-availability or mission-critical settings
- Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems, with hands-on expertise integrating these with ICS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver technical training focused on system uptime and incident management
- Excellent communication and technical documentation capabilities
- Strong vendor management skills, including coordinating technical support and managing system enhancements
Responsibilities
- Supervise the deployment, operation, and monitoring of ICS to support critical infrastructure and reduce downtime
- Conduct advanced diagnostics, root cause analysis, and prompt troubleshooting to rectify system issues
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC teams to ensure the smooth integration and efficiency of control systems
- Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to validate system design and execution
- Design and deliver technical training sessions for field staff, emphasizing reliability, incident response, and best practices
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to coordinate technical support, manage warranties, and oversee system upgrades
- Aid in implementing procedural and policy changes across sites to enhance operational consistency and compliance
- Participate in projects involving systems integration, system administration, and field operations that have moderate to high impact
- Stay informed about industry standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in ICS and critical infrastructure protection
