- A Bachelor's Degree with over 12 years of experience or a Master's Degree with over 10 years of experience. Additional experience may be evaluated in the absence of a degree.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to maintain this clearance during employment.
- Demonstrated experience in full-stack development.
- Proficient in Python and acquainted with Apache NiFi or other data flow/integration tools.
- Comfortable operating in disconnected or degraded network conditions—able to function without cloud dependencies.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and system integration techniques.
- A creative thinker who enjoys tackling complex and ambiguous problems.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with source control systems such as GitLab and others.

Responsibilities
- Integrate systems and data flows utilizing Python, NiFi, and other integration frameworks.
- Design robust solutions that can function in challenging, bandwidth-restricted, or isolated conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly prototype and deliver essential capabilities.
- Diagnose and enhance code and workflows in real-time, often with incomplete information.
- Document and secure solutions for long-term sustainability in the field.
