Requirements

Must:
- I require a Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of relevant experience; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. - A minimum of 3-5 years of System Administrator experience is necessary. - Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. - You should be able to interface effectively with security agencies, customers, and management. - I need someone who can manage multiple networks in a dynamic, demanding environment. - Familiarity with Risk Management Framework requirements for Windows and Linux systems is important. - An active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance are required. - I expect a DoD Directive 8570 / 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP).

Responsibilities

- In this role, you will set up and maintain Windows servers, desktops, and network devices; bonus points for Linux experience. - You will embrace new technologies to meet evolving requirements. - You will contribute to system design, hardware/software implementation, and overall infrastructure support. - Documenting system configurations and baselines will be part of your duties. - You will provide backup and recovery services while managing file systems and disk space. - Utilizing desktop and server virtualization within Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, and ESXI will be expected. - You will handle ticket load and prioritize daily on-site support and troubleshooting. - Working on multiple projects, either as a team member or occasionally leading a project, will be required. - You will manage user accounts and access control in a domain or stand-alone environment. - Ensuring the proper marking, handling, and storage of classified materials is essential. - Troubleshooting and repairing Windows operating system issues on servers and workstations will also be part of your role.

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreements, or other laws.
