Requirements
Must:
We require a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field along with 2+ years of pertinent experience, or a Master's degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience. Additional years of applicable experience may substitute for a degree. You should have 1-3 years of experience as a Power BI report developer and experience in setting up Power BI workspaces and applications. At least one year of experience in building and deploying Power App solutions, including Power App, Power Automate, and Power BI components is essential. Proficiency in Oracle and SQL Server, along with experience in writing SQL statements, is necessary. Experience in supporting data analytics or data modeling projects is preferred. We seek candidates with excellent problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. You should be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in team settings. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (such as Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer, or Power Platform Fundamentals) are a plus. U.S. Citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance is a must.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with program stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your tasks will include designing, developing, configuring, and deploying Power Apps applications to facilitate data entry and user interactions based on business needs. You will create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI. Performing data integration and manipulation using connectors and APIs will also be part of your responsibilities. You will conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions. Additionally, providing technical guidance and support to end-users will be crucial to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Power Platform tools. Staying current with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and assessing their applicability to business needs is essential. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation of solutions, processes, and best practices.
