Requirements

Must:
- I must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher. - I should have 8-15 years of relevant technical experience. - I have a proven track record of implementing software development principles. - I must demonstrate a strong competency in software development in either C#/.NET, C++, Java, Python, or Ruby programming languages. - I have experience writing unit and integration tests with unit test frameworks. - I possess the technical skills required for software development, configuration management, and software quality engineering concepts. - I have strong analytical and process improvement skills along with a personal drive for details and quality workmanship. - I demonstrate familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - I have good communication skills. - I must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

- I will design and develop robust C# software under the direction of a senior software engineer. - I will assist with creating and executing unit and integration tests on software components. - I will perform as part of an agile software development team for tasking and progress reporting. - I will participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team. - I will troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs in a timely manner. - I will take on other software development duties as assigned. - I will use GitLab software pipeline for performing configuration management and automated testing. - I will maintain direct communication with customers, end users, and team members on a frequent basis.
