Requirements
Must:
- I require a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Software Development, or a STEM-related specialty.
- You must possess a Secret security clearance.
- I’ll consider candidates with no more than two years of experience.
- It is essential to have SAFe for Teams certification.
- Proficient in at least two of the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, HTML, and Python.
- Experience with at least two of the following application frameworks: Eclipse, eFast, Fast, Swagger, Selenium, or Postman.
- I expect experience or knowledge in Agile methodologies, agile project management, software development life cycle management, program/project management, cross-functional teams, agile software testing, test-driven development, software test planning, and software test automation.

Responsibilities
- You will demonstrate the ability to support SSC/ECXCO’s prototyping efforts to establish and maintain a robust environment.
- Lead automation testing and DevSecOps configuration by collaborating with the agile team to support on-demand automated builds and testing, concluding sprints in a 3-month Product Increment (PI) and 1-year Epic.
- I need your expertise in configuring continuous integration build tools like Jenkins to include security scanning tools such as Fortify, ensuring the code is hardened as it is developed.
- Participate in the Government-led DCO-S PI planning process.
- Offer expert assistance in integrating and initially testing and checking out deliveries.
- Manage configuration management, oversee software builds on check-in, automated testing and reports, as well as environment deployment activities.
Description
- Familiarity and knowledge of the SIMP Project, Docker, GIT, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Suricata, Zeek, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Search, Neo4J, and PostgreSQL are preferred. - Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience in Space Systems Command is desired. - Experience with the Cyber Operations Branch (SSC/SZYO) program office is a plus. - Experience providing Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) or System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to a Government program office is preferred. - Experience with ACAT I/II level acquisition programs is advantageous. - TS/SCI clearance is a preference. Pay Range: - The pay range for this position is $48,100.00 - $86,950.00. This is a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation or salary. Additional factors will be considered in extending an offer, such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
