Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years of product management experience in digital health, diagnostics, MedTech, or life sciences
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively influence cross-functional teams and executives
- Up to 30% travel, including potential international trips
Preferred qualifications include:
- Familiarity with regulatory environments (FDA, CE, etc.) and clinical product launches
- Over 5 years of product management or marketing experience, particularly with imaging products or medical devices in healthcare
- At least 3 years of experience in Anatomy Pathology or Cytogenetic laboratories
Responsibilities
- Oversee product lines throughout the entire product lifecycle, including strategic planning, development, launch, and end-of-life
- Create and implement business and marketing strategies to ensure competitive product positioning, including market research, opportunity assessment, and identifying customer needs
- Work collaboratively with global sales, engineering, clinical, and regulatory teams to facilitate product development, localization, and regulatory approvals (e.g., 510(k), CE IVD, CFDA)
- Partner with Global Marketing to develop and deliver impactful content, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
