Requirements

Must:
- I hold an Associate degree in a technology-related field or have equivalent work experience. - I possess a mandatory CCNP certification, with CCIE being highly preferred. - I have over 8 years of experience in network engineering. - I demonstrate advanced experience with Cisco FirePower, Cisco Catalyst, and Cisco Meraki. - I am familiar with SDWAN and MPLS connectivity solutions. - I am proficient in unified communications solutions, including CUBE routers, voice gateways, and SIP. - I have experience with cloud networking connectivity, specifically Azure ExpressRoute. - I possess expertise in advanced switching and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP). - I am knowledgeable in wireless standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and spectrum analysis tools (Ekahau). - I have advanced skills in firewall configuration and management. - I am experienced with VPN technologies, including SSL VPN and Site-to-Site VPN. - I implement high availability and redundancy using protocols like HSRP, VRRP, and GLBP. - I have skills in capacity planning and scalability assessment. - I have experience with packet analysis and NetFlow analyzer tools (Wireshark, ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer). - I possess knowledge of IDS/IPS and traffic analysis. - I am familiar with network protocols (DNS, DHCP, ICMP, SNMP, etc.). - I have strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. - I have clear technical documentation and communication skills. - I can manage projects and coordinate effectively across teams. - I demonstrate adaptability and am committed to continuous learning. - I have excellent customer service skills, with a dedication to solving client issues. - I am willing to work off-hours to accommodate maintenance windows or emergencies. - I am capable of managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

- I design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures, which include routing, switching, firewall, and wireless systems. - I develop and manage WAN connectivity using SD-WAN and MPLS. - I configure and manage voice gateways to support unified communications across the network. - I evaluate and optimize network performance to ensure stability and uptime. - I lead troubleshooting efforts, providing advanced technical support for network-related issues. - I collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with enterprise systems. - I manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring adherence to schedules. - I proactively identify and resolve issues that affect business operations and the end-user experience. - I research new technologies and recommend or implement innovative solutions. - I maintain and establish technical documentation and troubleshooting information. - I mentor other network engineers, fostering a learning environment. - I engage in customer-facing roles, orienting solutions engineering toward achieving customer goals. - I participate in various projects and committees as assigned. - I am available for on-call duties during nights and weekends.
