Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven expertise in .NET development
- Proficient in Microsoft Visual Studio and TFS / Azure DevOps
- Web development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript
- Familiarity with Blazor, ASP.NET, MVC
- Experience in desktop application development, such as WinForms, UWP, XAML, Console apps
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL, and LINQ
- Competence in using SQL Server Management Studio and generating SQL-query-based reports
- Demonstrated ability to engage directly with end users to assess problems and provide effective solutions
- Results-oriented mindset with emphasis on quality and timely delivery
- Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment
- Experience with Microsoft Identity Framework is an asset
- Background in developing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports is a plus
- Knowledge in optimizing SQL queries for efficiency and scalability
- IoT development experience with Raspberry Pi or akin platforms, especially in Windows IoT, is beneficial
- Familiarity with Azure technologies, including Azure Event Hub, Azure Functions, and other related services

Responsibilities
- Maintain, enhance, and provide support for existing VBA-based applications (Microsoft Access and Excel)
- Revise and upgrade current .NET Framework (4.5-10.x) WinForms and web applications
- Update and improve existing .NET Core applications, including Console, UWP, and Web solutions
- Design, implement, and oversee new software development projects from inception to deployment
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and create effective technical solutions
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues
- Engage in code reviews and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of development standards and practices
