Requirements

Must:
- Proficient in front-end development frameworks such as Angular, React, and React Express, with familiarity in RESTful APIs for smooth integration. - Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS/Less), JavaScript, and principles of responsive web design. - Experience in designing for e-commerce platforms, along with a solid grasp of product development cycles and business needs. - Proficient in digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin, Balsamiq, Axure, and Visio. - Expertise in user research techniques, including user flows, wireframing, and layout design, with analytical skills for interpreting data from Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics. - Understanding of usability principles, information architecture, interaction design, motion graphics (Adobe After Effects), and web accessibility standards. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies utilizing Jira or similar project management software; experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to guarantee timely feature delivery. - Ability to analyze data with SQL or similar data analysis skills to inform UX decisions; experience with analytics tools such as Omniture or Google Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to gather and interpret business requirements, converting them into innovative UI/UX solutions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision to visualize user flows and interface designs. - Develop responsive web designs utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Bootstrap, and other front-end technologies to ensure optimal performance on various devices, including mobile and desktop. - Conduct user research and usability testing—including A/B tests—to acquire insights that drive iterative design enhancements. - Implement data visualization techniques to present complex information clearly using JavaScript libraries such as React Express or D3.js. - Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and adhere to best practices in information architecture for inclusive design. - Work as part of Agile teams following Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies to deliver high-quality digital products efficiently.
