Requirements
Must:
- AEC or DEC in Computer Science
- At least three years of experience as an IT technician, primarily in user support
- Possession of a vehicle and a valid drivers license
- Availability to travel occasionally throughout Quebec
- Proficiency with common office tools in the market
- Technical expertise in computer and telephone equipment
- Strong verbal communication skills with users
- Team-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Excellent command of French and functional English
- Dynamic with effective stress management skills
- Strong organizational skills, self-sufficient and resourceful

Responsibilities
- Address user support requests related to computer hardware, software, telecommunication devices, and other technical peripherals
- Provide user assistance both in person and remotely via phone or access software
- Track requests and document interventions in the customer service management system
- Contact service providers as required for incident resolution
- Install computer hardware and software per established standards
- Participate in various projects as needed by the organization
- Perform any related tasks as necessary to ensure continuity and quality of services
