Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, project management, administration, or a related field. - PMP certification is an asset. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (certification is a plus). - 7 to 10 years of experience in managing IT projects, ideally within a service environment or multi-site organization. - Proven experience in coordinating software implementation projects, IT process improvements, or application systems. - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with multidisciplinary internal teams and external vendors. - Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Monday, Asana, etc.). - Strong understanding of system life cycles, implementation practices, and application environments. - Ability to produce and maintain comprehensive and structured project documentation (plans, logs, reports, test files, etc.). - Proficiency in IT budget management, time tracking, and methodology compliance. - Excellent ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple technical and business stakeholders. - Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to RPA or similar industries (asset). - Mastery of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) with strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts. - Strong planning, organization, and prioritization abilities. - Coordination leadership: capability to mobilize, align, and maintain stakeholder engagement. - Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and a strong results-oriented focus. - Ability to identify risks and propose practical solutions. - Collaboration and diplomacy in relationships with internal clients and external vendors. - Customer service orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. - Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and ensure the delivery of small to medium-scale technology projects within the organization. - Serve as a liaison between business needs, IT teams, and external partners to ensure project progress aligns with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Structure projects, lead follow-up meetings, mobilize stakeholders, coordinate suppliers, and ensure adherence to internal project management methodologies. - Document, monitor risks, oversee budget control, and maintain regular communication with sponsors and client teams. - Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and necessary resources according to the governance framework. - Develop and document project scope, milestones, and detailed plans in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. - Engage and coordinate various stakeholders (IT teams, consultants, subject matter experts, external suppliers). - Ensure continuous and clear communication with internal teams, clients, and partners. - Organize and facilitate status meetings, workshops, and decision-making committees. - Track project progress, analyze discrepancies, and suggest corrective actions. - Supervise the budget lifecycle of projects: forecasting, resource allocation, time reporting, and invoicing in collaboration with finance teams. - Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high execution quality. - Identify and document risks and issues in collaboration with the strategic planning and risk management team. - Propose mitigation plans, ensure follow-up, and adjust strategies as necessary. - Ensure adherence to internal implementation methodologies and best practices in project management. - Create and maintain all project documentation: charters, project plans, risk and issue logs, progress reports, lessons learned, etc. - Prepare and present analyses to sponsors to support decision-making and trade-offs. - Report weekly project status to internal and external stakeholders. - Build and maintain positive relationships with internal partners, suppliers, and consultants. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal project office practices by sharing experiences and insights.
