Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities

- Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability across various business units
- Supervise incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Mentor IT staff, promoting professional growth and accountability
- Organize workloads, priorities, and schedules to meet service-level expectations
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Create and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards
- Implement monitoring tools and dashboards for performance and risk assessment
- Enhance automation and efficiency within IT workflows
- Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance with industry standards
- Oversee patch management, access controls, and data protection practices
- Assist with audits and risk evaluations
- Provide regular updates to leadership regarding IT performance and risks
- Align IT operations with business goals and growth strategies
- Participate in long-term planning for infrastructure scalability and reliability
