Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in information technology
- Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
- Effective at troubleshooting technology issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Windows administration
- In-depth knowledge of networking principles, including routers, switches, firewalls, Domains, DNS, DHCP, and Subnetting, along with experience working with ISPs
- Enthusiastic attitude and a robust work ethic
Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance and installation of operating systems, network infrastructures, software, and hardware
- Monitor system performance to identify potential issues
- Set up network systems to facilitate communication across all departments
- Work alongside a technical team to refine and enhance best practices
- Perform quality assurance reviews on both new and existing software products
