Must:
- Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Law, Business, Library Science, or other related fields
- Experience in technical writing is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing practices
- Capacity to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Knowledge of consumer psychology and online marketing principles
- Proficient in giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Self-motivated, capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Adept at identifying opportunities and proposing new concepts
- Sound decision-making skills and good judgment
- Ability to learn and troubleshoot various technologies
- Understanding of legal matters is advantageous
- Knowledge of UX best practices is an asset
- Familiarity with software development could be beneficial
- Bilingual in French, German, or Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Create interactive product questionnaires for users to generate personalized legal documents
- Compose and revise text to streamline the legal document creation process
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Design, Development, and QA teams to design effective interactive web products
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to highlight issues and improvement opportunities for web offerings
- Adopt best practices and innovate new ones for web product development
- Use internal tools to deliver high-quality specifications
- Conduct product research and user testing for questionnaire enhancements
- Formulate creative strategies to boost user engagement and retention
- Commit to ongoing personal and professional development through research on user experience and digital marketing
