Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in IT support
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Team player with a willingness to share knowledge
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Valid drivers license is mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025), Windows 11, and Linux
- Familiarity with HP network servers and equipment (switches, access points)
- Experience with SonicWall, Ubiquiti UniFi, and Cisco Meraki firewalls
- Knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication and Datto solutions
- Understanding of IP telephone systems such as FreePBX/Asterisk
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and maintain Windows Server, Terminal Server, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Linux environments, network infrastructures, cybersecurity, backups, IP telephone systems, and anti-spam solutions
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, providing support to customers and internal level 1 technicians
- Participate in the implementation and deployment of technological projects in collaboration with the team
Description
We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician to join our dynamic and passionate team within a well-established IT service company located in Anjou (Montreal). This is a full-time permanent position requiring on-site presence.
