Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree is mandatory
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience is essential
- Proficiency in application support is required
- Familiarity with incident ticket tracking tools is necessary
- Experience with ServiceNow for ticket management is preferred
- Experience supporting applications such as Salesforce and Oracle EBS is advantageous
- Strong mathematical skills including basic arithmetic and statistical concepts are required
- Proven ability to identify system deficiencies and propose new technologies to address them
- Understanding of computer systems operations for effective analysis of systems applicability
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming tickets via ServiceNow and address or escalate them as necessary
- Review and resolve ticket incidents in the work queue, collaborating with teammates when needed
- Conduct testing for software remedies
- Communicate with internal customers regarding the status of ticket resolutions
- Maintain flexible working hours, with core hours set from 9 AM to 4 PM
