.Net Sitecore Developer

- Collaborate with senior team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement features for our websites and applications - Lead the enhancement and integration efforts for the Microsoft Dynamics365 platform - Manage and prioritize development backlog with the leadership team - Maintain CI/CD build and release pipelines while participating in code review processes - Serve as a subject matter expert on occasional software implementation projects - Design and develop enhancements, modules, and components for our global Sitecore-based websites - Create Blazor-based Single Page Application (SPA) components together with UX team members - Integrate CMS with external business systems, including CRM, PIM, and DAM - Execute organizational change-management processes for incoming requests - Provide accurate task estimates and feasibility assessments - Document requirements, code, and functionalities; develop training plans for content authors as necessary - Implement features for .NET web applications, cloud-native systems integration workloads, and hybrid mobile apps - Create and maintain C# plugins and custom logic for Dynamics365 CRM - Conduct cloud cost analyses for new project specifications - Collaborate with development, UX, and QA teams to design testing plans for new features - Support upgrade planning for department-managed software systems - Work with local and international IT departments to manage infrastructure - Ensure compliance with corporate Application Lifecycle Management standards - Maintain departmental CI/CD build and release definitions - Uphold software application security standards across all systems and applications - Engage in code reviews for continuous improvement
