Requirements
Must:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to listen, comprehend, and adhere to instructions.
- Flexibility to perform in various roles.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education is preferred.
- Prior experience in a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to sustain prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Capability to lift weights up to 45 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to operate diverse machinery and equipment.
- Physical ability to climb, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, and reach overhead.
- Tolerance for fluctuating temperatures.
- Ability to maintain different positions for extended durations, including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, or walking for up to eight (8) hours.
- Use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary (e.g., steel-toed shoes, eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, hard hat).

- Maintain a clean working environment by cleaning and lubricating equipment, keeping the manufacturing area free from debris.
- Organize and store tools as directed.
- Perform landscaping duties including mowing grass, tending to the yard, pulling weeds, and clearing snow.
- Receive training to operate a forklift during regular operator absences.
- Execute additional related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
