Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of combined education (associate or bachelors degree) or professional experience in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field, focusing on system administration, security operations, or incident response.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Capability to thrive under pressure while adhering to established procedures.
- Basic understanding of networking and operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues utilizing various resources.
Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM dashboards for alerts and potentially suspicious activities.
- Classify and escalate incidents based on their severity.
- Record findings and maintain accurate incident documentation.
- Adhere to established protocols for incident management.
- Actively participate in proactive threat hunting activities across different platforms.
- Engage in ongoing Threat Hunting initiatives.
- Complete straightforward backlog user stories.
- Take part in the after-hours on-call rotation.
